Characteristics of the vineyard
Grape variety: Sangiovese 90%, Alicante 10%
The grapes come from both our vineyards, with early harvest in August, for a wine of low content and a nice acidity.
Characteristics of production
Selection of the grapes: In the vineyard, manually harvested in boxes.
Vinification: In "white", with softly pressing of grapes immediately before entering the tanks, to avoid escessive extractions
Alcohol content: 12,5-13,5%
Production: 1500 bottles per year
