Characteristics of production
Selection of the grapes: In the vineyard, manually harvested in boxes.
Maceration and fermentation: In stainless steel vats with pumping for 20 days
Malolactic fermentation: Starts in stainless steel barrels, then in oak barrel (20 hl).
Evolution: In oak barrel for 12 months, bottled in our cellar.
Alcohol content: 13,5-14%
Production: 2400 bottles a year
